All pedals are shipped from Brisbane, Australia.
Domestic orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking.
International orders (yes, I ship worldwide!) are also sent with tracking, though delivery times may vary depending on your location.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is packed and on its way. If you have any questions or need help with your order, just reach out — I’m always happy to help.

Every SB|LB pedal is built by hand and tested before shipping to make sure it works as it should.
If something arrives damaged or isn’t working properly, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order and I’ll do what I can to make it right — whether that’s a repair, replacement, or refund.
