Who can buy
Our shop is open to customers in Australia and internationally. By placing an order, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding purchase agreement in your jurisdiction.
Order refusal and cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, or where a custom build isn't feasible. If we cancel an order after payment, you'll receive a full refund.
Pricing
Prices are originally listed in AUD (although you may see it in your currency) and may change without notice. If a pricing error occurs on the site, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and issue a refund. You'll be charged the price shown at the time your order is placed.
Intellectual property
All designs, logos, artwork, photography, and written content on this site are the property of SB|LB Pedals and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission. Purchasing a pedal doesn't grant any rights to reproduce its design, graphics, or circuit layout.
Limitation of liability
SB|LB Pedals isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to equipment damage, lost data, or lost revenue from use in performance or recording. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
Disputes
We'll always try to resolve issues directly, so get in touch first if something's wrong. If a dispute can't be resolved this way, it will be handled under the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Events beyond our control
We're not responsible for delays or failure to deliver caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, courier/postal delays, supply chain disruptions, or component shortages.
